The prices on this site are estimates, and we say so on the page
Every cost figure here is modelled, not quoted. The wage data comes from the Bureau of Labor Statistics OEWS release, the school and district counts from the federal education data, and the hours from published production rates. We show the arithmetic so you can check it. That is deliberately more than most contractors publish, and it is still not a quote.
A real price needs somebody to walk the building and count what is in it. A price becomes binding when it is in a written proposal signed by both of us — never before, and never because a page on this site showed a number near it.
Third-party data
Wage figures are from the US Bureau of Labor Statistics. School and district figures come from the federal Common Core of Data via the Urban Institute Education Data Portal, used under the Open Data Commons Attribution License. Service levels refer to the published APPA custodial staffing guidelines. We cite the release and date on the pages that use them. If you find a figure that does not match its source, write to us — we will correct it and say what changed.
The news digest
Headlines in the news section belong to the publishers named beneath them and link to those publishers. We do not reproduce their articles. Candidate items are gathered from industry RSS feeds and shortlisted with an AI model, then reviewed by a person before publishing. The one or two sentences under each item are ours. If you publish something we have linked and want it removed, write to us and we will remove it.
Using the forms
Send us accurate information about the building you are asking about — a scope priced from wrong square footage helps nobody. Do not use the forms to send us automated traffic; submissions are rate-limited to five an hour per address.
Sending a form does not create a contract or oblige either of us to anything. It starts a conversation. What we do with what you send is in the privacy policy.
Partner contractors
Applying through the partner page is an application, not an appointment. We vet insurance, workers compensation and screening processes before placing any work, and we may decline without giving a reason. Where a partner contractor cleans your building, you still hold one contract with us and we carry the obligation.
What we do not promise
We keep this site accurate and correct mistakes when we find them, but we do not warrant that every figure is current or that the site is always available. Where the law allows, our liability for anything arising from use of this website is limited to what you paid us for it, which is nothing. This does not limit liability we owe under a signed services contract, and it does not limit anything that cannot be limited by law.
Content on this site
The text, the cost model and the page designs are ours. Quote us, link to us and cite us freely — we would rather be cited than not. Do not republish pages wholesale or present our cost model as your own. The underlying government data belongs to nobody and you should use it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Nothing here removes a right you have under the law where you live.
